Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, project location and a description of the work you need.
How we use your information
We use your details to prepare quotes, arrange surveys, deliver and install your order, and to answer questions before and after the work is completed.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with suppliers or installers where that is necessary to fulfil your order, and where we are required to do so by law.
Retention
Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to support the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
