Term & Conditions
Quotations
Quotes are based on the measurements and site information supplied to us and remain valid for 30 days. If site conditions differ from what was described, we will confirm any change in writing before proceeding.
Orders and deposits
An order is confirmed once the specification is agreed and the deposit is received. Manufacture begins after confirmation, and bespoke items cannot be cancelled once fabrication has started.
Site preparation
Unless we have quoted for groundwork, the customer is responsible for providing a level, load-bearing base and clear vehicle access on the installation date.
Delivery and installation
Installation dates are scheduled once manufacture is complete. Dates may shift due to weather or access issues outside our control, and we will keep you informed if they do.
Payment
The balance is due on completion of installation unless other terms have been agreed in writing.
Warranty
Our workmanship and structures are covered against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, alteration, accidental impact or lack of basic maintenance.
